Core checklist

Carry originals plus two sets of self-attested photocopies:

  • Class 10 marksheet and certificate (also proof of date of birth)
  • Class 12 marksheet and certificate
  • Degree/provisional certificate and all semester marksheets (PG and PhD)
  • Transfer certificate and migration certificate
  • Character certificate from the last institution
  • Aadhaar or passport, and 6–8 passport photographs
  • Category, domicile, income or gap certificate as applicable

If a document is delayed

Provisional admission is normally granted against an undertaking, with the missing marksheet or migration certificate submitted before the first examination.
